Common Questions

Q:  What do I need to do before you arrive?

A:  Please make sure all blinds or curtains are rolled up or pulled to the side to allow us unobstructed access to your windows.  Removing any items from the window sills keeping access to the windows clear will allow us to do the best possible job for you.

Q:  Why should I hire a professional to do my windows?  Can't I just do it myself?

A:  Traditional methods for cleaning windows tend to involve the use of chemical cleaners and paper towels which can be too abrasive on glass.  It can also leave a residue which ultimately attracts dirt.  Our pure water system leaves your windows sparkling clean and damage free.

Q:  How often should I have my windows cleaned?

A:  Ideally a minimum of 2 times per year.  For your first booking, we recommend a thorough interior and exterior clean.  For follow up visits, you may opt to just do interior or exterior on a rotational basis however for best results we recommend interior/exterior each time.

For commercial spaces, industry standard varies depending on the type of business you have.  We'd be happy to speak with you to determine the best plan of action.

Q:  Do you clean screens?

A:  Absolutely, we use our water fed brush system to remove all dust and debris from your screens.

Q: Should I wait until there is no chance of rain to have my windows cleaned?

A:  If your windows are clean, rain will not make them dirty.  Soft rain water only makes your windows look bad if there is already dirt on your windows that it mixes with.  In our temperate climate, there is never an "off" season for window washing!
